Tried calling for help with obtaining a lawyer for some stuff accident related. Whoever answered the phone was horribly rude. Treated me like a “little women”. Got super annoyed when I tried explaining what was going on (after he made an assumption on why I was calling, and I tried explaining that he was wrong on what I was calling for) all while huffing and puffing the entire time. Disgusting behavior. Maybe I should have had a man call for me.

My particular case took a long time to off the desk of the insurance company but Jim was diligent and tenacious while exercising patience and experience for the long haul and a positive outcome in my favor. I enjoyed working with him and his down to earth demeanor and no nonsense communication, he is not only a great lawyer but from what I could see a great person as well!
