I don’t know why I continued to allow this group to represent me in a data breach case, I have had to keep an email address associated with that data breach open. There is no action they will take that resolves the issue and by keeping that email active it has left me vulnerable to continued exposure tied to that data breach. They do not communicate effectively and any recovery isn’t worth the headache of even filing a claim. In class action suits it is the attorneys who benefit, those of us who are victims get a small payout, the lawyers benefit far more than we do. We really need tort reform and some way to bring accountability to the legal profession and courthouses.
