Very professional Law Firm. Very prompt.

I would like to provide negative feedback regarding the type of check and the bank used for payment. Although the check was issued nine days ago, I still have not been able to access the funds. The bank listed on the check would not cash it, and when I deposited it into my own bank, the funds were placed on a two-week hold. This created an unnecessary financial delay for money that had already been paid to me. I strongly recommend using a more reliable payment method, such as direct deposit, Zelle, ACH transfer, or a check from a bank that can be easily verified and cashed without extended holds. The current payment method is not practical for workers who need timely access to their earned wages.

Does not return messages in a timely manner or at all. Managed to make some last-minute requests of doctors that then caused my case to be mishandled which led to loss of benefits. They then provided a referral to another attorney who stated that he wasn't sure why they kept referring people there as they were issues that should have handled themselves but if I wanted to pay for another attorney to do what should have already been handled by GGRM, then he would take my money.
