Absolutely knowledgeable, straight shooter, respectful intelligent and I'm so grateful for the consultant.
It was an honor meeting Ms. Bray, she answered my questions (unlike my attorney) which helped me to make decisions armed with knowledge that I didn't have and never would have known without her educating me. She's the real deal.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $300 for a consult with her that ended in under 30minutes with her screaming at me, not letting me ask any questions, talking over me, bringing me to the point of tears( I do not cry easily) and hanging up on me when I asked her very politely to stop screaming at me when I came to her for legal advice. I am so confused how someone with that kind of insane behavior could represent someone in a court room. By far the WORST business experience I have had with any professional in any field of my life. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

I could say so much but I'm going to try to keep this as brief as possible. Geri was an asset for most of the 6+ yrs she represented me in my divorce. She knows the law, seems to have a photographic memory, and will go to bat for you. However, you need to be able to withstand her negative characteristics to work comfortably with her. Those characteristics are: she over-talks client and other attorneys, talks fast using legal jargon (that left me frustrated because I couldn't get a word in edgewise to ask what the terms meant), is brash, tense, dramatic, harsh, loud, a bully, toxic, foul-mouthed and intimidating. If you can deal with all of that, have a go with her.
Our relationship terminated when I accidentally sent her an email that I neglected to proofread and used some harsh terminology myself (not toward her) . I take responsibility for that and was totally embarrassed that she read it. I didn't know I had sent that version until she called me to rail on me. A professional attorney would have contacted me and, in a level volume told me what she read, did I intend to send the email as was to her, that she took offense to it, etc. But she called me, YELLED every word and went off on a verbal tangent that included her own profanity. When I was able to barely interject with "can I explain myself?" she yelled "no!" and continued her diatribe ending the call by hanging up on me. She fired me and I had to find another attorney to finish up my divorce proceedings.
Bottom line, she knows the law but her mannerisms are quite unprofessional. She has a very strong intimidating and bullying type of personality. If you're not tough enough to take it (actually you don't need to take it; there are plenty of other equally capable attorneys out there as I found out in my search for a new attorney), steer clear.
