I’m clueless when it comes to the legal system. Gerard law firm has always been there for me when I feel lost navigating through this world full of laws. I am so grateful for all the things they have helped me with!

I was SUPER nervous and anxious about a housing issue I had but he still was patient and understanding with me. In the end we got great results and everything we wanted out of that case. Extremely disappointed with the experience I had with this lawyer. I hired him to work with me on a landlord tenant issue.

I spoke with David on the phone after submitting some emails and texts to him between me and my landlord, and explaining exactly what was going on. David assured me that he felt comfortable going forward with a lawsuit and that he was happy to represent me and my husband.

I paid David the agreed fee, and immediately turned over all of the information and proof needed to move forward via a Google drive. He was extremely slow to writing a single letter to my landlord. Google drive shows time and date access to the documents. David barely looked at them months after I emailed access to them.

Once we finally got somewhere in the process David quit out of nowhere... He told me that the lawsuit was "more complex than he initially thought, and was going to be focusing on commercial law" he refunded me about half of my money and gave me the name of someone that might want to do it instead. I wasted an entire year hoping that David would act on this lawsuit.

I hired David based on positive reviews, but at this point I do not find him to be a competent lawyer. Don't waste your time and money.
