I hired Dan in late 2019 after being served papers by my (now ex-) wife. I found Dan to be professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. Like all of the attorneys I spoke with, his hourly rate is in the "top-tier" range, but he is very reasonable in the time he charges, and his collegial working style meant that he and my wife's attorney didn't spend time (and money) arguing with each other. It took my ex a very long-time to agree to a settlement, but Dan remained very responsive and gave great advice about a long list of issues and complications with our settlement. Since all of this was happening during Covid, it helped that Dan is well set up for remote work, Zoom calls and conferences with the court, scanning/emailing documents for signature, etc. All in all Dan was great to work with.
