I hired him to manage my ongoing divorce case, but the experience was far from satisfactory. He was unfamiliar with using DocuSign to send documents, and despite my guidance, he still failed to use it correctly. This led to multiple emails with incorrect documents for me to sign. When I pointed out the errors, he refused to acknowledge them, instead placing the blame on me.

Moreover, he lacked basic knowledge about virtual communication tools. He claimed Zoom meetings were not efficient and insisted that I visit his office for discussions. When I remarked that his approach was outdated, he withdrew from my case and sent me a fraudulent invoice. As per our agreement, he was supposed to provide invoices every 15 days, but he failed to do so. His behavior was highly unprofessional and dishonest.

Diligent & , hard working an honest to a T. His tedious efforts to resolve the matter and bring forth the solution we needed. I can not say enough about Gerald & Gia, they both put forth more time and effort than anyone could have expected. We are beyond pleased and grateful for all their efforts, time and hard work to resolve this matter. No matter how many times it took to resolve this issue they continued to fight for the solution we had hoped for, and never tired of our never ending questions.
They are truly God sends when it comes to Family Law. God Bless you both!!
***After 3 yrs, I still stand behind my review of Gerald and his services. As many often say the tables turn, and the ex made a statement the other day, I should call Gerald to get what I need done in my husbands life issues. If anyone can get things done it is that man. Now that is a statement of volume, when the man that defended against u, becomes someone u want to hire!!
