I wod give this man zero stars, if I could. I'm writing this in order to help others. He was the opposing counsel in my divorce. I use the term "counsel," loosely; he is a BULLY. I AM a woman and I had to FIGHT him at EVERY turn. "If you don't come to my office to discuss settlement, I'm not settling." All he cares about is winning. When I said I was going to request trial because he was combatively disagreeable at every offer to settle and had to get everything he wanted (basically, money) his threat was, "If you request trial, I will request spousal support." If you get him as opposing counsel, you NEED a GOOD attorney. I went through three years of hell because of him and my ex. We had nothing to fight over. They went after me for everything I didn't have and got something. I had to borrow money to give him spousal support. When he went after my retirement a year after the Judgment, I was out of money and represented myself. DON'T DO THAT against this "man." They prepared the QDRO, using my employer's model document, and left in a paragraph that, potentially, could have given my husband, more, money that was not in our settlement or in the Judgment.
Deceitful, conniving, bullying, thief! BEWARE.

this attorney is a P O S...a lying con artist and old SOB...ripped me off and put me in bankruptcy...he needs his law license revoked and put out to pasture...stay as far away from him as you can....
