Do not choose Gemma as your defense attorney unless you expect to admit guilt or like repeating yourself. He'll take advantage of you financially especially if you have metal health issues. If you expect a lawyer that will do research or "fight" your case, he is not that person. If you want to over spend money on someone to miss court appearances or drag out your case, then he's your guy. If I could post this review with no stars, then I would.

Ron Gemma was professional, responsive, and made the entire process much easier than I expected. He explained everything clearly, handled my case efficiently, and helped me reach a great outcome. I called them regarding a case i needed help on. He literally with witnesses present refused my case because I'm too opinionated & knows too much of the law, also my rights. He wanted to charge me $30,000 requiring half up front. Yet they advertisement clearly states affordable payment plans for people like myself who receives disabled monthly benefits. So their advertisement is absolutely false and i even knew thing of the law he didn't know. I'll be posting more details on Facebook The Crooked Truth. He's clearly not what he claims to be. I certainly wouldn't recommend someone who's a criminal defense lawyer if they don't know law better than a non-certified paralegal. Especially the matter is one of the most fundamental part of challenging probable cause affidavit to get a warrant for search and seizure, also a motion to return property based on a void warrant on inception. Don't waist your time with them.
