In my opinion the worse lawyer I have ever see she is not trustworthy, evil looks and she only cares about the money 👿 and called DCF on me with lies saying I was drinking in the morning 😇this is crazy she is not professional she come to my house and I was nice to her …but God is good and I have my grandson with me ❤️

I am truely blessed and grateful! I really hit the lottery when I applied for a court appointed lawyer for my dcf/family probate custody case and was assigned Eve Gates! I had the pleasure and amazing experience and unbelievable outcome in the first shot!! So, in the future if I need a lawyer... my first call is going to Eve Gates to see what she can do for me!!! She is someome that we highly recommend to everyone and strongly feel that you will be pleased.

Eve was our assigned court appointed lawyer and she was absolutely superb!!! I was so nervous because i have heard horror stories about people being assigned stuck up jerks or incompetent non responsive lawyers who dont end up really helping in any way. Many of us, like myself have our life and family on the line and have worked hard turning their life around and pray that they are fairlybassigned someone of dedication and of high quality, ntot just because you cant afford to hire a.lawyer doesnt mean not intitled to high quality representation. Because we all know, no matter what you do, you never get anywhere with a judge without a lawyer...

On The same day of my 3rd continuance - 90 day temporary revoke of parental rights was the same day i applied for a court appointted lawyer. The court.said i will recieve a letter who they have assigned to me with thier contact info. Well a few weeks latter, the day i did recieve the notice via mail that my case was assigned to Eve Gates.... Well about 2 hours later, SHE CALLED ME TO FOLLOW UP AND INTRODUCE HERSELF!!! We also talked about the case, how each of us can help it, what documents to gather & needed, what to avoid/start doing, what i want as outcome, what i will settle with, and what i dont want to happen, likely hood, etc. Have you ever heard of a lawyer being that proactive and ontop.of the game???

She demonstrated expertise, confidence, good open communication - explains all your options, and loyal - will work for you 100%. She is extremely dedicated, very down to earth, patient's, and a very smart, caring, kind, compassionate woman who sticks by her clients side till the end. Our relationship was so comfortable, open, and always responsive. I had all my questions answered, available outcomes presented and explained and much more. She is a amazing woman and I highly recommend her. I hope I wont need a lawyer in the future, but.if i do....i've experienced quite a handfull of.lawyers going thru adopting my two sons thru dcf a few years ago and by far Eve Gates my choice and definately someone i very highly and confidently recommend!
