My application was declined i called garza and they sent me the packet by mail I completed the packet via email and they were on it. They called me same dayrequesting all doctors medications and dates of treatment. They asked for upcoming treatmentment and had a number set for me to text and call with new information. Anytime I had treatment or doctors appointments I texted the reminder text to them and after the appointment with 25 hours of a message I always got a response back from jodi. She never missed a beat with communication. They filed my appeal it was declined and filed for the alj judge inwhich continued to build up more medical records I have double hip replacement with 2 total knee replacements and literally 10 other conditions. Tia went to the mat for me and collected all medical records from all doctors and even after the hearing in which I received sooner than expected that I use to work in disability for attorney office not garza she spoke to me went over doctor information medications and advised me what to expect she was thorough she set everything up in hearing where there were not many questions to be asked the way paperwork was submitted for alj if you are really in need of respectful and not feeling like you are a number and will really give you all that you need this is your team.
