Gary did way better than my original public defense. I was convicted of dui without dash/body cam. Passed drug and alcohol test. Gary pointed out that during trial they never established my vehicle is operable. He is currently my appeals public defender and I'm fairly educated, and the guy knows his shit. If he wins or loses my appeal is a moot point. He did what he is supposed to do and I couldn't ask for more than that.
