I unfortunately had 2 tickets a month apart. Their receptionist explained the process smoothly and what I was to expect. They sent updates and reminders via automated texts which I appreciated. At one point an attorney reached out to me to explain what their plan was and concisely explained the options with the designated outcomes for both choices. He briefly educated me on how both counties courtrooms typically operate so I could make somewhat of an educated choice. I trusted their professional take based off my interaction and needless to say they took care of business. You can pay a ticket, watch your insurance premium rise and be stuck with the additional payment for years OR you can pay a fair fee for good service and save heavily for the long run. I chose Garguile Law to represent me for a cell phone ticket I received in Chehalis County while traveling on I-5, largely because of the amazing reviews they had received. Although the outcome was not what I had hoped for, I was very satisfied with the effort Tony put into representing me. My case was continued multiple times, going to court five times, lasting just over a year, before the judge finally made a decision. The firm represented me each time my case was heard and I never had to report to the court house. Easy to get started! Kept up to date with the entire process and got my ticket dismissed!! My ticket was a harder one to get dismissed but they had no problem!

Tony’s team did an amazing job, unfortunately they weren’t able to get my traffic ticket dismissed but I believe it’s because I hold a CDL and the prosecutor was being difficult. Garguile Law went the extra mile and never gave up until the court made their final decision, Garguile law was super responsive and made the process smooth and easy and took care of everything for me. I would highly recommend their services if you end up with a DUI or traffic citation, I will be a repeat customer if I need them again.
