My experience was the phone got answered 2 out of 7 times during business hours. My assigned person Ashtyn Kraft does not return calls and was away from the office 3 out of the 4 days I needed something. My wife and I received conflicting wiring instructions with different bank addresses. They say to call and confirm stuff before doing wires but that's virtually impossible when calls don't get returned or answered.
If you want a stressful experience this is your place. If you want a more professional experience you definitely need to go anywhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place to settle a shed. Unfortunately our builder utilizes this place.

Edit to add- they will make you wait beyond your appointment time. This place is completely disrespectful of customers. It's now 10 minutes past our appointment time.
