We just closed on a new home in South Carolina and our builder, Ryan Homes uses this firm to handle the closings. All of the staff at Galbreath Costner were fantastic! Galbreath Costner handled the closing on the purchase of our new home, and we had an excellent experience. Haylee Mitchell was our attorney, and she and the entire staff were friendly, efficient, and great with communication from start to finish. They went above and beyond on closing day, even telling us to bring our pets into the office so one of us didn’t have to sit outside in the air-conditioned Jeep with them. That kind of kindness and flexibility meant so much during a very hectic moving day. Highly recommend Haylee Mitchell and the team at Galbreath Costner.

My experience was the phone got answered 2 out of 7 times during business hours. My assigned person Ashtyn Kraft does not return calls and was away from the office 3 out of the 4 days I needed something. My wife and I received conflicting wiring instructions with different bank addresses. They say to call and confirm stuff before doing wires but that's virtually impossible when calls don't get returned or answered.
If you want a stressful experience this is your place. If you want a more professional experience you definitely need to go anywhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place to settle a shed. Unfortunately our builder utilizes this place.

Edit to add- they will make you wait beyond your appointment time. This place is completely disrespectful of customers. It's now 10 minutes past our appointment time.
