Unacceptable Communication and Handling of Commission Discrepancy

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the communication and handling of my commission issue. Despite my clear correction in writing to your paralegal, Ashtyn, regarding the commission, the mistake was not rectified, resulting in a $5,000 loss for me.

When I raised this concern and sought resolution, I was met with repeated avoidance from the entire team. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, I was repeatedly pushed off and told to deal with it directly with my buyers. Unsurprisingly, my buyers, who had no part in this issue, were unwilling to cover the additional commission due to the fault of the attorneys they hired to ensure such mistakes did not occur in the first place.

As a real estate agent, I strongly advise against using this legal team. They failed to protect my interests and refused to correct their own mistake, leaving me to bear the consequences.

I expect better service and accountability from any legal team I work with in the future.
