My mother, in a psychologically fragile state, prior to her suicide, was convinced by this lawyer that he would take care of her affairs and her children after her death. This lawyer then stole tens of thousands of dollars ($) from her estate by charging per hour, dragging the estate out for over 3 years and encouraging the executor to hold an auction losing additional tens of thousands of dollars ($). Also, several properties were listed below fair market value losing additional tens of thousands of dollars ($) because he convinced the executor that the estate needed liquidity, i.e. he needed to get paid now. I would not recommend at all. All told I believe that he charged over $200k in fees. He built his practice on taking advantage of us and others. If I could sue I would, but he convinced the executor to sign an agreement that no legal action could be taken against him or the practice.

I would like to thank Rick Galbato and his team for making my workman’s comp case such a great experience…He was so easy to talk to and so thorough.He explained everything that was going on and assured me that he would do the best for me ..I recommend him for workman’s comp cases to do the job right.
