Gail Marcus Law

I'm leaving a glowing review for Gail Marcus Esq. based on my interaction with her and all the effort she put in towards helping me even though I was never "officially" her client. I reached out to her for a complicated Real Estate issue. Although she was not personally able to take on my case, she was very sympathetic and went above and beyond what I expected, especially after my experiences so far with attorneys in this domain. She gave some very helpful information and pointers, and also referred me to a fellow attorney of hers who could represent me. She seems to be a wonderful human being and attorney, and I would love to work with her in the future if I ever have a matter that she can represent me on.

Gail is a wonderful attorney. I contacted her regarding a lease issue, and she was responsive, no nonsense and smart. She is direct and provides candid straight-forward advice. She was extremely generous with her time and provided advice on our first consult. I would not hesitate to hire Gail, and wish her practice the best!

Gail is remarkable. When a real estate transaction took a very unexpected turn for the worse, we were faced with very important decisions to make which would have potentially catastrophic consequences for our family, and very little time in which to make them. So, we reached out to Gail and a few other lawyers in the area. Of all five we contacted, Gail was the only one who responded to us - at all. Not only did she respond, she did so very quickly.

Gail was not able to help us because of her location, but she kindly took the time to refer us to a friend of hers who could, and even did us the courtesy of informing that friend of our situation and composing a nice email introduction for us all.

As if it wasn't enough that she had helped us avoid a bad situation, she even followed up with us a few days later to make sure that we were doing okay and that we were able to get the help we needed from her referral. There are very few people these days, especially in the business of law, who are so kind and who will go out of their way to help others, even if there is no personal benefit to them.

Gail is a bona fide Good Person, as well as smart and a great communicator. She must be an exceptional asset to her clients. I almost wish I had a reason to work with her myself.
