The number of stars I am needing is NEGATIVE 100. This man is a thief. I reported him to the DOJ and am awaiting their response. I reported him to the TN Bar, but they are all in cahoots (think TN justice, lol). I could have done the work myself except that TN REQUIRES a lawyer for a judgment over $25K. So already screwed. I'm in CA and required legal action in TN (couldn't hire my regular lawyer in CA). I hired this man for a simple domestication and collection of judgment funds. 3 other agencies quoted me $1500, $2500, $2500. They could not adhere to my deadline, though. One was Nikki Price, formerly of this agency. Keith duplicate billed me, was condescending, STRUNG out issues such as not being able to figure out the interest on the judgment, held my funds captive til i produced a final $5K retainer for NOTHING (I had to hire a CA lawyer at this point to help me navigate KEITH). He did NOT tell me nor attempt to collect my full settlement. At the end of the day, my settlement should have been $104, I did NOT know this, he settled for $43. My bottom line losses due to hiring this monster were:
Lost Business: $31,750 (I had to take time off work to del with him, I
had FOUR desks set up with this case and a p/t admin! 4/24-12/24)
Out of Pocket Expenses: $37,868.25 (3 unneeded PI's, admin, CA
laywer)
Lost Settlement Monies $106,000 - $43,000 = $63,000
Total: $132,618.25
He is CROOK, he will and is NOW striking again. Stay away. I also remitted his unfavorable reviews to the BAR, but since those have been taken off the internet. If YELP needs to verify the authenticity of this review, I urge them to contact me. He will rob you blind and laugh and be disrespectful while doing so. There is a special place in hell for the likes of him. KARMA.

Mr Alley responded to my inquiry very quickly. Gave me his legal advice and opinion on the situation. Very kind and easy to talk to. Would highly suggest.

We were told by Keith Allie that they couldn’t wait to get started on our case so we paid them $1300 to get started on our case and after paying them we were told that we had no case then after six months we were told that we owe about $560 more and that they would appreciate if we paid it before May third!! They claimed that Mr Alley spent three hours reviewing our case after he claimed to want to get started on our case that we had no case please don’t get involved with this lawyer like we did we have so many repairs to do on our home and the money we wasted on nothing could have helped us get our home fixed all I can say is unbelievable God is watching so good luck with that we paid him for nothing but like I said God is watching we did the right thing but you did not I wasn’t going to leave a review but I don’t want to see anybody else getting mislead the way that we did!! I see that reviews from years ago are good but the most recent are not maybe they just don’t care anymore maybe they’re just hungry for money I don’t know all I know is that I feel they did us wrong misleading us the way they did I hope that when they cash our check it makes them sleep better at night I hope it makes them feel better that they have a nice place to live and we still have many repairs to make on our home!!!

Avoid at all costs for Landlord/Tenant law, they are disinterested in representing you and just want to cash checks to have a parallegal sit there. Expect to represent yourself if you use this crew. My mom used this firm and they pretty much took advantage of her limited english and chose not to represent her interests as a landlord.
