G. Dallas Horton and Associates

On day one of meeting the staff and Mr Horton, I really felt like I made a great choice for my attorney. But, I quickly realized that they don’t follow through with anything that I asked them to do. Lies and double talk and my entire case was handled by paralegals and assistants. The providers they sent me to were so incompetent and I never met with an actual medical doctor, only nurse practitioner. The one bright spot was the physical therapists did a great job. But I was absolutely led to believe that if I choose doing a medical Lien, those providers would work with me by adjusting their billing to allow more money for me after everything is finished. NOPE, they were ridiculously overpriced and the adjustments I was promised didn’t account for more than a 15% discount. Compared with my own medical insurance contracted rates of about 70%! So I’m not saying GDallas Horton and associates are any worse than other attorneys, just saying that they were a huge disappointment for me. Good luck
