Superlatively recommend Funk Szachacz & Diamond!!! From the onset, Attorney Szachacz exhibited calmness, confidence, courage and candor. We previously retained another firm, from which we mutually parted. FSD charged more but worth every cent, and we didn't flinch a bit because of the peacefulness and communications that Attorneys Szachacz and Funk delivered. Won't ID previous lawyer who highly prides himself on surfing probably almost as much on himself. We should have immediately ran out on the 1st lawyer when he said that the wrongful arrest was a "lesson learned". Wrong, should be a "lesson learned" for the uniformed one because they can't arbritarily arrest U.S. citizens on a whim. Attorney Szachacz completely gets it, and was on OUR side the whole time. He and Attorney Funk competently worked with us and weren't afraid of answering our questions.
