Wayne Frost in Conjunction with the Judge, Buried my Son, wouldn't allow him to be tested for PTSD until after he was Sentenced and his life destroyed, after he was Sentenced they determined he had a Bad Case of PTSD , but he was already Sentenced, absolutely Horrible Representation , would have given no stars if it was available.
