After my slip and fall injury I reached out to the law firm of Friley and Dugas. Fritz Dugas guided and handled my case from beginning to end. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, understanding, and professional. He fought hard for my case. I highly recommend this law firm for whatever your need you may have.

I paid a retainer and made it clear when I signed an agreement with the firm that I was hiring him with the intention of settling this matter outside of court. I was sent a bill that I cannot afford after I had surgery. I was then coached into what to say to file a complaint against the presiding judge.

There are complex ethicsl issues in my case that have nothing to do with Fritz. He did a good job of telling me what to do, but i felt that his advice would have placed me in jail and against a judge when i had the right to sue in federal court. My attorney ex boyfriend lied to the court. I can prove this. I was given no opportunity to testify against him and he told the court there was no attorney-client relationship when indeed there was. He told me to surrender myself to law enforcement when his judge was on the bench. He also advised my mother of the same.
