Elisabeth Fletcher refused to stand up for me in my divorce, to the degree that I question whether she was working with the other side. She took my business at the intake interview when I said that I needed to fight falsehoods from the first hearing… then after billing me thousands of dollars for discovery, I was told, “we’re not going back to the first hearing.” I’m much more successful representing myself now! I suspect that there’s more money in a protracted fight than in standing up for your client right away, so don’t expect her to fight hard for you.
