Ben is a friendly guy and very knowledgeable. I have no doubt if we went through litigation I would have had his full attention and he would of crushed her in court. However Im a straight shooter so I have to give my honest opinion. Communication was a major issue feeling like i couldn’t get the answers i neeeded when i needed them. I did 90% of the leg work with the other party just to get a shared parenting plan done. At that point often wondering what attorneys are even for (apparently litigation) I don’t think this was done on purpose but regardless the only thing I care about is my case and when you spend thousands of dollars and are worried about your kids, being able to get in contact shouldn’t be a multi day / week challenge. Even having a steady para legal to contact would have been nice. I’m not telling you not to use Ben. By all accounts he seems to be an excellent attorney. I’m just saying if you want an attorney to hold your hand walking you through stuff and answer promptly like I probably would have preferred this isn’t the counsel for you. If you want a fair price and don’t need much attention he’s a great option.

He was my divorce attorney in 2018 and my experience was excellent! The pricing was fair and affordable, he answered my questions and followed up promptly. My favorite part was having the private judge and not having to go to court. It was definitely worth the extra fee! Highly recommend.
