The only reason I’m giving this Firm a five star review is because of one person. Carol. She was extremely helpful for the short amount of time that I was working with her, but made sure to keep me updated and informed every single step of the way. She assured me that the Delivery of my settlement winnings went through correctly. She is absolutely amazing. I will say that Cynthia, the paralegal, is highly unprofessional and decided to speak to a grown adult as if I were a child. I was unsatisfied with her attitude towards me and it got to the point of me firing them half way through this process. I was contacted by the owner and founder of the company, Lee, who made sure to correct the issue I was having with the paralegal and I ended up continuing with them through the end. My settlement is on its way thanks to CAROL and her hard work. I truly appreciate the kindness and respect she showed towards me! That goes a long way with some people.

I have them on not one but two cases and they do not update me on anything, take forever to reach out, if u get sharda sukie on ur case just know she never answers the phone, I call for follow ups because I’m concerned being that I do not hear anything from these people in months regarding my case(s) and still no action has been taken. I tried to go with this law firm because of a family friend who knows the owner but I’m honestly very dissatisfied with my experience.
