Ms. Freund represented my exwife in a dissolution proceeding . Ms. Freund erroneously filed financial court documents claiming that my ex-spouse only had income from one job. The difference in our incomes with one job resulted in maintance due to her for several hundreds of dollars a month for approximately 2 and half years. During the course of the divorce, my ex-spouse confirmed in writing that she had disclosed and provided Ms. Freund the information for TWO jobs. The income earned from this 2nd job was so significant that it eliminated the requirement for me to pay maintaince. A request for an investigation and a complaint against Ms. Freund is in the process of being filed with the proper governing agencies ( Kansas State Bar etc) to ascertain the details, reason and cause of this ommission.
