I recently had the pleasure of consulting with Kelly Myers during a very difficult contractual dispute with my prior workplace. While we agreed that it was best for me to continue myself, at least for a time, she was deeply helpful and insightful. I contacted Freking Myers & Reul LLC to review my case, simply to determine if it was something they would be willing or able to take on given that my previous lawyer was likely not able to continue representing me. To my surprise, after contact, they completely ghosted me without any explanation. I wasn’t asking for any commitment—just an exploration of the situation—but they weren’t even willing to do that, and they didn’t offer any reason why.

This was one of the poorer experiences I’ve ever had with a law firm. I tried multiple times to follow up via phone and email, but all communication was dropped with no response. It's highly unprofessional to ignore a potential client like this, regardless of how often they reach out.

I would not use this firm or recommend them to anyone, as they might likely treat someone else the same way. This type of service is unacceptable for a law firm, and people deserve better.
