My biggest concern was communication. I want to be fair because I am grateful for the ultimate outcome of my family member’s case, and I am not writing this review to criticize the result or the legal strategy. My concern is specifically with communication throughout the process. When someone is facing a serious legal matter, communication is extremely important. Family members need to know what is happening, what has been completed, what still needs to be done, and what they should expect moving forward. Unfortunately, there were multiple occasions when phone calls and emails went unanswered for extended periods, and I often found myself having to follow up to find out where things stood. There was also an important situation involving letters that were intended for the judge. I had been told they would be submitted, but at court the judge initially indicated that he had not received them. They ultimately had to be located and provided to him. I was grateful that they were ultimately received, but the situation highlighted the communication concerns I had experienced throughout the case. I am not expecting constant communication or immediate responses to every question. I understand attorneys are busy and have demanding caseloads. However, when someone is paying for legal representation during an extremely stressful and important period of their life, consistent communication and follow through matter. I am thankful for the outcome we received, and I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively. My intention is not to attack anyone, but simply to share my experience and emphasize how important communication is when representing someone in a legal matter.

Excellent experience. I called not thinking I was going to speak with an attorney, I just wanted information and the receptionist was kind enough to put me through to Atty Robert Freeman, who was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding child custody. He is completely honest and transparent about how things could go during the whole process, start to finish. He gave me different situations and scenarios, which gave me a better understanding of what could happen and I really did appreciate that about him. He took the time to explain different parts of the Law, He was kind and very compassionate. I highly recommend him ~ 100%. I mean, just the way he spoke to me and his tone. It shows that he truly cares and he had never even met us. Thank you!!!

Freeman started out strong then when it came to hearing it was a mess ,not organized , not using the right evidence and barely spoke ,totally train wreck, then never answered emails or calls had to then go to the court house myself to fire him due to his assistant stopping all communication when I gave him 3000 for absolutely nothing , this is a custody case you need communication and strong evidence and someone who knows what their doing , I’d look elsewhere
