Second update 2/3/2026

The paralegal called at 1:25 pm but I still have not talked to a lawyer.. the paralegal is mad about this review and does not think the company wants to represent me … even though I never talked to a lawyer. Then the paralegal says if I want a hearing it is going to cost me twenty five percent of six hundred dollars… then he said I left a bad review …
Well of course I did because I have yet to speak to a lawyer and a soccer coach for a paralegal who wants to tell me about how he is doing a job he is not doing. The paralegal has now discriminated against me by telling me he dos not want to work, even though I did not hire the paralegal. I think his boss needs to have a review with him about how to treat women…

Update: 2/3/2026 I talked to the paralegal, what a peculiar person he is… he wanted to know if I was recording conversations between us (which makes me think I now should.) He is a previous employee of the company I am having an issue with and was very proud to say it. I don’t know about this law firm because a lawyer has yet to call me…

Also there is some sort of deceptive nature in this law firm because .

1. The paralegal said he did not get my case files until December..

2. If you are sure about your self you would not give a duck if a person is recording ..

So a paralegal who is peculiar, and still no chat with a lawyer.. I think the lawyer needs to put cameras in his office too since the paralegals are concerned about if they’re being recorded on a phone… and don’t appear to be doing the work they state they are doing..

Have had this lawyer since October 2025 , called today Jan 30 2026, there is no one assigned to my case.. the insurance is telling me to contact this lawyer this lawyer is telling me there is no one assigned to my case … in a world of people who sit behind the desk and pass calls around this office is just that.. an unorganized organization.. you would think that the would reach out to their clients with in the first week of having them not wait 90 days until the client calls ..I’m going to stand by this review until the do something great .. even if it is just getting in touch with me ..

ERIC was extremely professional and kind. I was very happy wirh my process. He meet us at my home always came on time. Responde all my questions with knowledgeable. He was fair with my settlement. He is a,lawyer who care! Thanks Eric
