Very unresponsive. We had a pressing issue going on and I was told she, I won’t name her name, would get back to me. I tried twice again over the next two weeks no return phone calls. Unbelievable! They blow you off. I guess they have enough clients to not care. The worst part is we use them in the past with decent results. Definitely will never call them again for anything, and I would recommend shopping around before calling them. There are a lot of options.

My parents used the firm for their wills and other documents in 2010.
Fast forward to 2025. My lawyer ( not at their firm), noticed an oversight on one of the pages by the previous partner of the firm. This created a very stressful situation on my end which could have led to a much bigger issue. I contacted Freeman & Bracey asking for assistance 15 years after the will originated. They were able to retrieve other documents from their archives to help rectify the situation. This was no fault of mine nor theirs, yet, they were kind and courteous and willing to help so long after the fact.
Highly recommend.
