When I worked with Crystal years ago I loved her! She was very communicative and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Never did I have any doubts and she never made me feel like I was unintelligent like Jesse and Karen have. They wanted me to go to chiropractor, which I couldn't do due to my work schedule and out of pocket costs.
