When I worked with Crystal years ago I loved her! She was very communicative and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Never did I have any doubts and she never made me feel like I was unintelligent like Jesse and Karen have. They wanted me to go to chiropractor, which I couldn't do due to my work schedule and out of pocket costs. Every chiropractor that they recommend me to go to either wanted a deposit up front or wouldn't accept my insurance which I lost health care coverage due to having to pay for a new car. When I would mention my auto insurance covered medical costs they chiropractor office wouldn't accept that either. I got into my car accident last year in August and since then I haven't talked to Jesse the lawyer 2x. Today I asked for a simple answer IS IT A CASE OR NOT. Karen couldn't explain that. I don't even care at this point to have it lingering.
