on March 1rst I called to report bettie jo viney wallace in violation of an epo in which she admitted to breaking on body cam footage that I obtained in addition to officer mathew s perry(tazewell va police dept) unlawfully divulging my name to aggressors thus creating a usc 42 1983 violation who were threatening me in front of him, you can hear them discussing where I lived in which they made an overt act. 5 people came to my house(pulled in my driveway) in retaliation for me calling the police, trespassed, refused to leave, followed me when I had retreated, cornered me in ,filmed me , blocked the jeep in and charged at me. Two of the individuals live in NC yet I was the only 1 charged with assault and battery which is selective enforcement under 14th amendment. I'm a Gulf war era veteran who got a intoxicated before I deployed 2016 other then that and some traffic violations I have not committed any serious offenses .

Mr. Harman didn’t explore all possible legal routes nor did he work in my best interests such as suggesting self defense suggested i take a plea deal. No due diligence. He was not interested in my body cam footages or the witnesses. Didn't advise me of appeal rights i only found out because i mailed my intent to appeal with a postmark on the tenth day from my conviction date, and the judge had informed me my appeal was not timely . Communication was very minimal .

He also had tried to represent my cousin ebony wallace who officer mathew s perry alludes to bettie jo viney wallace that Lt craig s menefee (tazwell va police department) "is working on that for you" and because she would not take a plea and because my other cousin andrea had resent him the body cam he recused himself from her case that involved the same family who cane to my house . I'm in the process of writing a complaint on him to the bar. Avoid him.
