Attorney Frazee is a dedicated, trustworthy, and kindhearted legal professional. She helped my husband win two lawsuits. My husband and I were motivated by her charisma and confidence. We are grateful to have her as our attorney. My husband was involved in an identity theft lawsuit in 2020. Someone stole his identity to rent a house and damaged the rental property. The plaintiff demanded more than $200K compensatory damages from my husband. When we first received the summon in 2020, we were helpless and frustrated and the only solution we could think of was to file bankruptcy. After we met Attorney Frazee, she patiently explained the negative impact of bankruptcy and advised we should try to file against this lawsuit. She was persistent and she actively communicating with the Plaintiff's attorney and simultaneously updating the status to us. With her assistance, we finally won the lawsuit. Earlier this year, the same plaintiff filed the second lawsuit but the Plaintiff changed to a different attorney. We were very anxious and we reached out to Attorney Frazee again. I found my self in dire need of a family lawyer and after searching carefully and even giving up .. I can say I divinely found her law office. I'm not sure how most law firms work but when you inquire about a service and the company is asking you to pay up from before they can provide information on how they can assist you with the product you're inquiring about is a bit sleazy to me. No they may be a great firm but I wouldn't know because I didn't feel comfortable moving forward with them asking me to pay for a service up front without providing the information I requested. All I wanted to know was the process for developing a living trust. I needed a consultation so that I can make the best decision. They gave me the price and asked me to send what I want in the trust, I have never done it before so part of the service is to provide guidance. Maybe I am ignorant of the way things work but I found an attorney that is willing to make time to explain the process to me. Thank you but no thank you!
