They contacted me over an inquiry I made a year ago. When they called they didn’t leave a voicemail and when I called back the receptionist was super rude. I told her I had never done business with them before and she said “if it’s not an emergency why are you calling?” and I said “What?” Laughed, and hung up. I checked my email and realized it was them following up on the inquiry I made. I replied to the email telling them I did not like the attitude of the lady on the phone and I wouldn’t do business with a company that treated their potential clients like that and they replied with saying they decided not to represent me and to find another lawyer. And a year to follow up with me? Red flag. Then I went on yelp to check the reviews and most of them are saying the same thing I am. Super disrespectful, never answer the phone, and take forever to pay out. Then I checked the BBB site and another person said they had an extremely negative experience, posted it on their instagram, so they blocked her on there and deleted her review. I would NEVER allow a business to treat me like that after I made them money by allowing them to take my case.

I want to come here and thank Steven Franz, and Patty for being so attentive with my case , and helpful throughout this whole process I’m so glad I worked with them they did the best job getting the case dismissed and I really appreciate both of them for their amazing work and I would recommend them !!
