				Mark Franklin Law Office took my case when no one else would. It was a losing battle because of the actions of my daughter but Mark had compassion and understood I just wanted to lose with dignity and needed someone to take the legal load off my plate. He was compassionate, understanding, great communicator, and I felt truly taken care of and seen. He was diligent to get me a lower settlement and even when I had given up and was willing just to pay it all to get this out of my way, he was unwilling to let me take that big of a loss and pushed to save me and my relationship with my daughter.
