I have known Frank Ieraci for as long as he has been practicing law but until recently had not had need of his services. I was selling the first home I ever owned (30 years) and needed an attorney who could help me.
Not having sold a house before, and with processes and procedures changes in the wake of the pandemic I was a bit anxious at not knowing what I needed to do, what documents would I need to produce, where I’d need to go or knowing how the process would work.
