We have been working with David Frank through a 2 year dispute with dangerous, harassing neighbors. Mr Frank has helped us with a settlement to finally give us not only some safety but some peace for our household. Mr Frank helped not only with negotiations with the neighbors but helped us stay sane through all of their bullying, harassing and outright threats at our home. I had occasion to use David Frank recently on a contentious "commissionectomy" in which Buyer and Seller were trying to avoid payment of my commission. Having an attorney is extremely valuable in these cases because it lets both parties know they probably are not going to prevail and should try to work out a solution - which is what ultimately occurred. it's great having an attorney who is responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I would like to share that my experience with Dave Frank has been nothing short of a breath of fresh air in a very long and litigious personal legal battle.

Unfortunately, most never plan their life imagining that one day they would have the need for an attorney, and if they do - I don't believe most would be prepared to know what to look for in an attorney. Looking for an attorney that is the right fit in the specialty field concerning your case matter is like online dating. By that I mean that there's hundreds if not thousands of attorneys out there who also talk a good talk, and seem good on paper - but is this the RIGHT FIT FOR YOU??? Due to my own personal legal situation (which isn't for the faint of heart I've had the pleasure of interacting with more attorney's than most will ever need too.

During this stint I've come across all kinds of personalities and the overwhelming theme is pretentiousness, intimidation & and the unknow. Dave's office is located in quaint Old Town Auburn, and he's none of this. He's very personable, approachable and down-to-earth. His entire demeanor is one that puts your mind to ease. What I liked right away about Dave was that he cuts to the chase in layman terms. You'll find that many attorneys talk Legal-ease, which is over my head. I just want it broken down in the most basic language so that I understand what's happening. I don't need a bunch of fancy latin legal terms.

In addition, Dave is very good about being cost-conscious for his clients and effective. I would definitely recommend Dave and his office staff who have always been so kind and welcoming to me as well. Being in a legal battle is hard enough, so it's comforting to know when you've selected and attorney like Dave Frank who is there to have your back and help you navigate through all the legal obstacles.
