Very rude and unprofessional especially from Aida. Have not received an apology from frank or anyone over how names were confused

I would not recommend Frank Guerra Law Firm
I was sent a legal deposition notice for a case that I was not involved in, which caused stress and confusion. Aida was persistent that there was no mistake. My husband got in contact and asked her once again if she was sure it was the correct person and she told him that she had been doing this for over 40 years and had never made a mistake . She also said that it was “okay” even if the middle name listed on the legal document was not mine.Later, it was confirmed that my name had in fact been confused with someone else. However, Aida did not apologize or follow up with me to explain the situation. I had to contact someone else in the office myself just to find out why I was receiving legal documents that did not belong to me.This caused unnecessary anxiety over a legal matter that had nothing to do with me. I was also concerned because I would have had to request time off work and use PTO to attend a deposition that was not related to my case.I understand mistakes can happen but the way this situation was handled and communicated was disappointing. Legal matters require accuracy, accountability, and clear communication, and this experience did not reflect that.

joined the solar lawsuit they had going on, at first they were really quick to respond then once they got the info they needed i have not heard anything from them since April. phone calls and emails go unanswered.
