Would not recommend using Mike Fraleigh. Nice guy. Seems to know the law, but very disorganized. Mike works out of an office in East Lansing. He notes a Troy office, but I went there to drop off my retainer check and it's simply an outsourced call center that takes his calls and he occasionally offices rom. Voicemail is full when I've called. He charges $450 an hour, but asked me to proof read his emails to my mother's estate planning attorney. I've never had to proof read an attorney's emails - ever - and I have worked with a lot of them in my career. He clearly wasn't giving attention to detail because he listed my executor aunt as the person deceased not my mom and called UPS the United Postal Service (It's the United Parcel Service). I sent him my retainer check and had to bug him multiple times to confirm he got that and my mother's estate paperwork. When a sizeable check from the estate went missing en route to me, Mike was MIA. I had to go directly to my mom's estate attorney. Didn't do anything to help me especially when the inept executor became nasty and wanting me to do her job. It was an incredibly disappointing experience during a very emotional time and his lack of representation caused me a load of additional stress I did not need. I worked with him a year.

We wasted our money with this firm. He produced nothing useful. Do not contact this firm for any reason, especially if you have questions regarding an LLC or trust.
