Horrible customer service from this law firm! I was referred to Benjamin Fox's office by another attorney. My father passed away last year and I was contacted by my mother's attorney to sign for a change in their existing irrevocable trust and was looking to hire legal counsel to review the documents and discuss the potential impact of a change to the existing trust. Fox Law's website specifically says it specializes in trusts and beneficiary rights. When I called to explain what I needed, the receptionist took down my info and put me on hold to consult Benjamin on my situation. She came back and said he would not be able to help me with no reason given except that he was at capacity. Well, if he was at capacity then why wasn't that mentioned from the start of the call? When I asked if there was another attorney in the office who could assist me she said no. So basically it's not a capacity issue, they just don't want my business because it will initially only result in a consultation fee. Their website states that their core values are Compassion, Integrity, and Tenacity but unfortunately those values did not hold with my interaction with them.
