Attorney, Partner, Benjamin Novak did a beyond phenomenal job with a case handled for us. A client didn't pay their bill, accused us of damages already denied by our insurer, we filed litigation based on an unjust enrichment, they countered for the damages. Attorney Novak was tossed into this with less than a few days to prepare by our insurer and not a lot of information.
