I am running an early stage medtech startup and we initially incorporated our company with a large Law firm. But it got to a point that getting any little legal help was quite onerous and not to mention exorbitant. If I have a quick email exchange with the partner, I'll get a large bill for the same to the point where I didn't feel like consulting with my attorney which kinda defeats the purpose of having a law firm helping us dot our i's and cross out T's.
