We've had Jamie helping us with our trust planning documents since 2009. He's always been very accessible, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We just did a big overhaul which was a lot work, and required lots of updates and a fair bit of discussion. 3 years ago we used Jamie to setup a family trust. He made the process easy, and so much more affordable than many other options out there. His review of our situation, and conversations with us to draw out the necessary info, was very effective and provided us with an estate plan that lasts even as our lives change each day.

Each year since, he has sent us an annual reminder to review our documentation to keep things up to date.

Today I reached out to him to ask about setting up a power of attorney for my mother in law. This was a chance for Jamie to make a few more bucks off of me (and he did offer to draw up the form, if we chose) but he was kind enough to offer me a simple form online to get it setup for free.

Basically, Jamie is the kind of business that I enjoy doing business with. He is competent, priced fairly, and he treats you well.
