I wanted to be informative in my review. As a family we had a rather large case that we were dealing with which would require regular updates, proper communication and thorough legal advice consistently! We were denied of all the above things -rarely notified, hardly any updates at all and were often IGNORED when we wanted to ask questions about our case. We were notified promptly when payments were due however, that level of communication was nonexistent whenever we had questions or wanted to follow up on important matters! It was also apparent to us that our attorney wasn’t prepared or knowledgeable in our case! This was a regretful decision that we made when seeking the proper legal counsel.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience in many ways! The outcome in our case showed that! I would advise others to please do your research when seeking legal counsel as you find the right fit for your case!
