It’s been almost 2 years now that we’ve been dealing with this firm about a stucco lawsuit. Some guy who claimed to work for them or a 3rd part who works for them “Cory” was knocking on doors to get people to sign up for this class action lawsuit. We signed it due to the cracks in the stucco and the samples that they came and took from the house. Now they are saying we will have to wait another year before we go to court. Please explain to me if me and my neighbor has the same builder and signed up at the exact same time and we both have very similar damage. Please tell me how they’ve gotten their home fixed already. Yet we have to wait another year???? This firm is ridiculous. They NEVER call back and you can call many times with no response. Very unprofessional I would highly recommend to stay away!

Don’t waste your time- go to a bigger, better, more reputable firm. They kept me on the hook for a year, wasted my time, created a larger gap from when the incident/injury occurred making my case harder to prove, and eventually admitted they just don’t have the resources or ability to obtain the right resources and suggested I go to a bigger firm like Morgan & Morgan. Skip this step and go to a better firm.

Get an advocate not a law firm that will not fight and just wants to settle. They are legal representatives not advocates. I have been thru 5 or 6 paralegals on my case. Where is the continuity? I call with a question and get a generic answer and then have to tell them about what has already happened in the past with my case. They are totally unaware, so they change their answer. IF and when we settle, we will be discussing their issues before I sign any documents. Hire them. a BIG FAY NO! Run from them a big fat yes.
