It appears that "time will confirm the good the bad and the ugly"
Over the course of 3 years since hurricane Ian, the state of Florida's Insurance company Citizens was very BAD when it comes to paying a righteous claim. We went through all the processes, showing invoices, pictures, contacting tradesmen who had a hand in the repair work. They were UGLY denying everything at all turns, I even requested a mediation because we couldn't find a happy medium, their offer was $7000 to settle the claim. The GOOD I found Joseph Sette ESQ, sure it took 18 months since I engaged him but, in the end, through his efforts he secured a fair compromise, actually the Ins Co paid me every penny I was entitled to.
