Called them after a work injury and was told to call back if fired. After that happened they let me sign papers and said they’d be in contact every month to help, but just kept asking for referrals while ignoring my questions about getting better medical records. After the 2nd denial I went to the office to talk in person but they just had me sign more papers and wait for a call. Now I’m homeless, unable to continue medical appointments requiring verified home pickup/dropoff, but they schedule the hearing without anything changing since the 2 denials. When the hearing started, their representative opened apologizing to the judge for not having all of the documents submitted(still not sure what this meant) and I was obviously denied again.

I have no idea what they were supposed to do, couldn’t get a clear conversation with anyone, but really regret waiting around for answers.
