I made a terrible decision coming here don't make the same mistake. I went here after my mother passed because she had her will and trusted done here by a different lawyer. They told me when I called that it would be around $1000 to transfer a home into my name and complete everything else since there was a trust and I was the only person to receive anything from the trust I figured it was simple and agreed to go through the process. Then the things that he wanted to do kept increasing, she had no debt but he still insisted on filling a letter for others to collect debts which cost more money but I wasn't told how much. He kept calling me in to sign papers the ones for the house transfer was understandable but the other all had to do with debt collection which never amounted to anything BECAUSE SHE HAD NO DEBTS. Then I was called months later to come in and finish the process and pay. When I got to the appointment the lawyer timothy lake was the only one there I signed some papers and when I want to pay( the only reason I was there) he told me his secretary was in Florida and she would be back sometime in January and would send me the bill. The bill never came then in March I got a voice mail from the secretary on the voice mail she said as rude as possible that if she knew I wasn't going to pay the bill she wouldn't have referred me to Mr lake and that I needed to call. The problem with that is that nobody was ever at the office when I left a message they would call back a few days later and leave a message that I could come in they would call at 11am and say come in today at 12:30 i guess I am just sitting around waiting for them to call and can just drop what I was doing. When I finally got ahold of the secretary and told her that didn't receive a bill she assisted that I did because she mailed it in December the problem with that was she wasn't supposed to be back till January and I get daily notification from the usps about what mail is coming to my house and there never was anything around that time from them. I told them to send out a bill and after I received it I would come in and discuss it with the lawyer. When I got the bill and saw it was twice as much as I was told I called to set up a appointment and waited for a call back. I even stopped by more then once and nobody was ever there. When I got a message from Mr lake a little while later I called them and the secretary told me mr lake had broken his hip. She called from her personal phone and said she would call me back when she got back from Florida again. That's when I would get phone calls saying come in in the next hour and they only took cash or check eventhough they said the took credit cards when I started this. At this time I not giving someone cash in a situation like this. I called and was told Mr lake wouldn't be in until he could walk without a walker I told the secretary when his back in I would come in talk to him. That my story use this info as you want to, but I would look into someone else.

The attorney's here and service are excellent. They do a wonderful Job!
