				I have worked with Bob Fish for 20 years and have been very pleased with the legal advice he has provided and the patents that he has acquired for me and my various companies, including Aspen Medical Products. When asked, I tell people that you don't really know if your patent attorney is any good unless and until your patent gets contested. Unfortunately, because of the success of many of our products, Aspen has had to defend some of the patents we have been awarded. In each case, we have prevailed. They are attentive and Bob's ability to craft claims that give meaningful coverage is remarkable, in my experience with several other firms. I've given a 5 star recommendation because I can't provide a higher one!

				I cannot recommend Fish IP highly enough. As a recovering attorney, having performed IP work myself, I scoured LA to find someone I trusted to file my software patents. Software patents are tough, and nobody is better (and more creative) at getting them granted than Bob Fish. Six granted patents, broad protection, and I have already re-engaged with Bob on my next software startup.
