Pésimo servicio por parte de los paralegales O personal que se encarga de hablar con los clientes en primer lugar MARLENE RÍOS Y en segundo lugar la persona que se encarga de comunicarse con los ajustadores de las aseguranza igual que la abogada VANESSA
YO TUVE UN CASO CON ELLOS Y LA verdad no me ayudan en nada yo tuve que lidiar con la aseguranza y con el lugar donde se llevaron mi auto chocado al igual que con los doctores donde nos toco ir a mi esposa y ami además son muy groseros
Pero cuando el caso se sierra y se gana si son buenos para cobrar son los primeros que toman su parte cuando van a tomar los casos son muy amables y si contestan el teléfono cuando uno llama pero ya nada más firma uno el contrato y les llama uno para hacer preguntas o dudas que uno tiene y nunca contestan y cuando lo hacen es de muy mala manera y groseramente

Deberían de fijarse bien antes de contratar personal O capasitarlos mejor.
